young people and their (foster) families,
in the event of conflicts or ambiguities in contact with the youth welfare office, a youth welfare institution or a daycare centre,
if it is unclear who is responsible for issues in child and youth welfare,
if you have not been heard or included in the discussions with regard to the aid that has been decided.
We offer:
information on legal claims in child and youth welfare,
accompaniment to the youth welfare office or to the independent provider,
support in phraising of objections or complaints,
an external complaint opportunity for young people in inpatient facilities and for foster children.
